Fee Schedule

A rate of 25% will apply for a debtor in business and the debt is less than a year old.  If the debt is over a year old a fee of 35% will apply at the time of assignment.  If the debt was previously handled by another agency a fee of 35% will also apply.  If the claim gets forwarded to an attorney for suit a fee of 50% will apply.

If merchandise is returned and credited towards an account the same fees will apply as listed above and paid to ARBITRONIX RECIEVABLES directly from creditor.
